Ice Cream Ingredients: Milk, cream, sugar, corn syrup, nonfat milk, chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa butter, chocolate liquor, cocoa, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), whey, contains 2% or less of natural mint flavor, mono and diglycerides, guar gum, locust bean gum, Polysorbate 80, FD&C Yellow #5, FD&C Blue #1.
Wafer Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar caramel color, dextrose, palm oil, contains less than 2% of: corn flour, high fructose corn syrup, modified corn starch, alkalizer flour, corn syrup salt, baking soda, mono and diglycerides, soy lecithin.
CONTAINS: rBST-free Milk, Soy, Wheat and Gluten
Directions: Ready to eat. No re-hydration necessary. Inside pouch, product paper is slit to facilitate the freeze-drying process. Your ice cream may be a little bit broken. That’s okay! Breakage naturally occurs during the freeze-drying process and does not negatively impact the product.
Storage Instructions: 3 Year shelf life.
