8125 vs 9200 Coilover Article
Bilstein M 9200 (Coilover) is designed specifically for professional off-road competition use which requires custom lengths and valve settings. 9200 (Coilover) features a fully adjustable dual rate spring hardware system that will compliment a wide array of industry standard coilover springs. These coilovers are equipped with a 60mm ID remote reservoir and are owner rebuildable and revalvable. M 9200 (Coilover) offers the ability to efficiently adjust spring rates to achieve the optimum performance.
The 9200 series is similar to the 8125 series except that it uses a linear piston vs the 8125s digressive piston. It also has a much longer reservoir length for increased fluid capacity, race oil, and high temp hose. It’s offered in all standard sizes from 8-16″ with no short body options. The 9200 series has a base valve stack at 255/100, vs the 370/110 the 8125 uses which i have yet to find an application suitable for.
