Manufactured from heavy-duty 4″ x 4″ x 7-gauge square tube, these posts are engineered for strength and durability. Each post is double-welded to an oversized 1/2″ x 11″ x 11″ steel base plate, which comes pre-drilled with 7/8″ mounting holes for secure installation (please note, anchoring hardware is not provided). This robust construction ensures that the protective railing system stands firm in the face of operational impacts and heavy use.

The system’s flexibility is enhanced by the inclusion of removable rails, which can be easily attached or detached from these posts for access to machinery for repairs and maintenance. This feature ensures that safety and productivity go hand in hand, without compromising on either. Post-to-rail hardware is included, simplifying the assembly process and allowing for quick adjustments as needed.

For added safety, all post tops come with black plastic end caps, reducing the risk of injury from sharp edges.
