Lincoln SL-32HV High Venting Grease Injector
Designed for indoor or outdoor use, the SL-32HV injectors are suitable for industrial or mobile applications.
- Grease volume output externally adjustable form 0,016 to 0,131 cm.3 (0.001 to 0.008 in.3)
- High venting capability of 28 bar (400 psi)
- Improved cycle time and faster venting
- Visual indicator pin to verify injector is working
- Manifold mount with replaceable injectors
- Multiple manifold configurations available (1 to 10 injectors per manifold)
- Pump viscosities up to and including NLGI 2 greases
- Individual injectors can be removed easily for inspection or replacement
- Can be integrated with Lincoln SL-V, SL-V XL, SL-1, SL-11, SL-32, and SL-33 injectors
- For single-line, high-pressure central lubrication system
- For dispensing petroleum-based lubricants with a viscosity up to NLGI No. 2
- Output is extremely adjustable
- Indicator stem permits visual check of injector operation
- Individual injectors can be easily removed for inspection or replacement
Notes:
- Injectors, except replacement injectors for manifold, include compression nut and ferrule for tubing – 1/8″ O.D. as standard. Other outlet connectors for feed line optional.
- Injector with manifolds include two mounting clips and screws
- Injectors have Nitrile packings (200°F max./93°C). Check packing compatibility with synthetic lubricants
- Output with indicator cap hand-tightened is .001 cu. in. Maximum output is achieved with five turns at .0014 cu. in./turn.
