Exclusive lock-latch assembly offers the smoothest transition release in the industry and maximum reliability. High-tensile steel axle will not bend or fatigue under heavy loads. Rolls smoothly with 10″ x 3″ Super Carefree, no flat, solid foam, no marking wheels.
