Pneumatic Pallet Leveler with 4500 lb Capacity
The Pneumatic Pallet Leveler, model PPL, is designed to enhance efficiency and ergonomics in material handling by automatically adjusting the height of the pallet as it is loaded or unloaded. This system uses pneumatic bellows to actuate the raising and lowering of loads, requiring an initial air pressure of 80 PSI.
The air tank and controls are self-contained and do not require constant air pressure, allowing for greater flexibility. The tank and controls are removable for remote operation, and a 48″ hose is included for convenience. The leveler features a carousel with a diameter of 40.75″ and a rotating ring diameter of 43.5″, facilitating easy access to loads.
With a maximum capacity of 4500 lb, this pneumatic pallet leveler is robust and reliable. It has fork pockets that are 5.75″ wide and 39″ long, making it compatible with various forklifts. The load height and depth are both 50″, with a raised height of 28.5″ (without load) and a lowered height of 12.5″.
