Wildeck’s Step Over Conveyor Crossover products provide a way for personnel to comfortably and safely step over single or double conveyor configurations. Available as either a Vertical Step Over (for those conveyor layouts pressed for space) or as a Stair Style Step Over (furnished with 9-1/2″ deep treads), Wildeck’s Step Over Conveyor Crossover products provide a designated access point for easily maneuvering around a facility’s conveyor belts.

Vertical Step Over (VSO) Specifications
- Frame: 1-1/2″ diameter steel tube
- Rung Caps: 1-1/2″ x 24″ 14-gauge diamond plate
- Top Step: 6″ x 24″ 14-gauge diamond plate
- Footpads: 2″ x 4″ with 7/16″ diameter holes for 3/8″ anchors
- Single Conveyor Model: Grab bars are 36″ long (trim to fit)
- Double Conveyor Model: Grab bars are 57″ long (trim to fit)
- Horizontal Clear: Trim in field to required length
- Vertical Height: Adjustable height range of up to 6″
- Capacity: 500 lbs. (top step)
