This is a full assembly. Meaning it includes the motor, rim, tire, and tire tube. The motor gives your electric scooter its forward momentum. You can judge an electric scooter’s top speed by the Watt size of its motor. We recommend this if you want to avoid the hassle of tire swapping or sending your whole electric scooter back for repairs.
