Heavy-Duty Guardrail System is the industry’s strongest and most reliable industrial guardrail solution for protecting your warehouse and facility’s most valuable assets , people, products, and equipment.
Available in multiple lengths and heights, steel guardrail is sleeved in a durable HDPE plastic and available in both one line and two line options. Thanks to the plastic sleeves, the safety guardrails require virtually no maintenance or painting. This feature means you will be able to save money on both possible accidents and maintenance fees throughout the life of the product.
Unlike traditional-welded or bolt-down systems that require the rail to be replaced after an impact, the unique design is engineer tested to withstand multiple collisions from 12,000 lbs forklifts traveling 8mph when cored in all high traffic areas.
Upon impact, Heavy-Duty Guardrail distributes the shock throughout the entire section, resulting in minimal deflection to maximize floor space and limit potential damage as much as possible.
Standard colors include Safety Yellow and Gunmetal Gray. Custom colors available upon request.
For installation, the Heavy Duty Guardrail can be installed in multiple ways, including Core-In, Base Plated, Removable with Steel Floor Sleeve, or our most innovative and most cost-effective, the Core & Drop:
- Pipe Post: 4″ diameter, schedule 80 pipe
- Pipe Rails: 6″ schedule 40 pipe
- Heights: 14 3/4″ (one-line only), 27″, 36″ or 42″ overall
- Lengths: 48″, 72″, 96″, 120″ or 144″ overall
- Installation: Core-In
